New Leaf - Job Posting Group Facilitator

New Leaf is a program designed for men working towards positive change. 

As a group facilitator you will work ten hours a week with two evening group sessions a week.

The ideal candidate will have either a Sociology or Psychology background, and have a firmunderstanding and belief of our philosophy.
Philosophy:

• We believe that women have the right to determine their own lives and to live in abuse free relationships.
• We believe that violence against women in intimate relationships arises from a systemic imbalance in power and control.  
• We believe that men should be supported in their effort to recognize and take responsibility for their abusive behaviour and in their effort to make real and long lasting changes in their perception of women and of themselves.
